Live roles we are hiring for

Searches we are running right now, for client companies. Most are confidential, so the employer is named only where the client has agreed.

TL;DR

These are live searches SYTalent is retained on. We are an executive search firm, so with one exception these roles are at client companies rather than at SYTalent, and most clients ask not to be named until a shortlist stage. Where that is the case the posting says confidential and describes the business rather than naming it.

Every role here is genuinely open on the date shown. When a search closes, the posting comes down automatically rather than sitting here collecting applications we cannot act on.

How applying here works

You apply once, to us, and we represent you to the client. That differs from a job board in three ways worth knowing before you spend the time.

We will tell you who the client is before anything is submitted. Nobody's CV goes anywhere without their agreement on that specific role, which is the main complaint candidates have about agencies and the easiest one to fix.

Because of the volume of applications we receive, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, the brief was not a fit on this occasion. We would rather say that plainly than imply a reply we cannot deliver.

If nothing here fits but the area does, the SYTalent Quant Network is the better route. Our HFT and trading clients hire quant researchers, quant developers and traders on a rolling basis rather than through discrete postings, so those searches often never appear on this page.

Quant and HFT roles

These mandates recur rather than opening and closing cleanly, because trading firms look continuously and move when they meet the right person rather than waiting on a requisition. All three are currently open with clients in Gurugram and Bengaluru.

If none of these is the right moment, the Quant Network is the better route. We route profiles to the firms hiring in that window, and tell you which ones before anything moves.

The role guides explain what each of these firms actually assess: quant researcher, quant developer, quant trader, low-latency C++ engineer and FPGA engineer.
